UK Artists Exhibition: A Fusion of Tradition & Modernity
An inspiring collection of artwork by UK Artists members in the Annual Show 2024, showcased at the ArtsTrail Gallery, Leamington Spa.
We are delighted to welcome you to the virtual version of the UK Artists Exhibition 2024, showcasing exceptional artistic talent from across the UK, whilst allowing you to explore a diverse array of artworks from the comfort of your home.
The exhibition features a remarkable collection of pieces by 21 talented artists, including Margaret Barrett, Sonia Bublaitis, Tiffany Budd, Jan Bunyan, Jeanette Faulkner-Clarke, Clare Cockman, Deborah Dutton, Emma Gluyas, Marti Hall, Ije, David Lewis, Bridget Mattingly, Pat McHale, Grace Newman, Jonathan Oakes, Imogen Perkin, Hilary Roberts, Estelle Robinson, O Yemi Tubi, Jo Wade, and Sandra Wadkin.
We are honoured to have Runjeet Singh, renowned for his expertise on BBC's 'The Antiques Roadshow', serving as the judge for this year's exhibition. His discerning eye and extensive knowledge will add an exciting dynamic to the selection of prize winners.
LIVES: A Collection of Narrative Portraits
Expressive paintings by Andy Farr exploring personal stories and the moments that shape our lives. Andy is an award-winning Coventry-based artist. He had recently started a PhD at Nottingham University exploring the therapeutic benefits of trauma portraiture.
Each artwork in 'Lives' exhibition tells a story of resilience and growth out of adversity. The work is rooted in personal experiences and conversations with people recovering from trauma. The exhibition draws from Andy's MA at Cov Uni and subsequent projects with the IMH Nottingham, With-You and DayOne.
This virtual exhibition was mirrored by a physical exhibition in the Black & White Gallery, part of the LTB Showrooms, 1A, Warwick Row, Coventry CV1 1EX.
