Inspired by El Grecco, painted using primary colours.
I've been fascinated by El Grecco who was the first artist to exaggerate figurative form and highlight negative space to increase the dynamic punch using negative space. This is one of several interpretations of El Grecco's work that I have worked into relief metal.
