Description
Developed from studies of the West Penwith abandoned mines, this series investigates the co-existence of long abandoned industrial structures and the advance of nature as she reclaims and rewilds the area.
'Lost Ground' is an original painting, acrylic, charcoal and infused with paint made from the landscape – materials gathered during visits, ground and made into paint back in the studio.
