Description
These donkeys live local to me in Herefordshire and my wife took the reference photo one snowy morning.
This artwork was created using soft pastels and pastel pencils on Artspectrum Colourfix pastel paper. The sharpened pencils create the detail and the background is blended using polystyrene sticks to give the three-dimensional effect to the completed pastel painting of these lovely donkeys. The original artwork sold a few years ago.
