Description
Inspired by Pablo Neruda's poem - "You can cut all the flowers but you can't prevent spring from coming" - I wanted to show nature's resilience by painting colourful vigorous tulips growing out of a texture of natural decay. In this sense this acrylic and ink painting is a message of hope in a time where negative headlines could wear us down. Like the tulips, we have the strength to overcome dark times, always.
