Sue Davis, a contemporary British artist, lives and works from her studio in Titchfield, Hampshire, UK. After a long hiatus, she picked up her brushes again, like so many, during the pandemic.
Her original artwork comes to life on paper and canvas, using acrylic, watercolour, pastel, and ink. Inspired by the ever-changing colours of daily life, her figurative paintings are created from imagination and observation—blurred, indeterminate people... everyone has their own story.
She also loves to paint just about anything! Quirky pastel seascapes, still life paintings of pears and fish, charming rows of houses and cottages, or her current passion—vibrant abstract art.
