My horse and wildlife work explores the quiet intelligence and physical presence of animals, capturing moments that sit between strength and vulnerability. Working across painting and sculpture, I focus on form, movement, and character, using light to reveal structure, texture, and expression rather than idealisation. Through careful observation and tactile process, each piece aims to honour the individuality of the animal and our long relationship with the natural world.

My landscapes and seascapes are rooted in place, memory, and atmosphere. Light plays a central role in the work, shaping form, mood, and movement across land and sea. Through layered paint and expressive mark-making, I respond intuitively to shifting weather and changing conditions, creating paintings that reflect an emotional and sensory experience of the environment rather than a fixed view.
