Alexandra Lavizzari is willing to accept commissions
I was born in Switzerland, but have spent most of my adult life travelling and living in various Asian countries before finally settling down in Somerset in 2009. I now live right in the heart of a little Somerset town and finally have a studio of my own where I can paint, hold exhibitions, and receive customers.
Painting for me is an experiment, a challenge, and a journey into the unknown. I work mostly with soft pastels, oil, and acrylics, but I am always open to trying new techniques and using new materials, which means that over the years I have developed different styles according to what I want to express and the materials I am working with.
I exhibit locally in Somerset in galleries and Art Fairs, and viewers can visit my studio in Wellington by appointment.
