Elouise Donnelly is willing to accept commissions
I am an Illustrator and printmaker based in Farnham. I create lino prints with bright and bold colours (most of the time) and a strong use of texture. I am inspired by a wide range of subjects including: abandoned buildings, dystopian books and films, portraits, the Bible, animals, Daniel Danger and Alice X Zhang. I find the lino carving and printing processes therapeutic and exciting. I prefer this process to others because of the texture and layering that can be achieved. Lino is also easy to carve, doesn’t tear and printing doesn’t require industrial equipment.

Work Experience
Cleaner for Farnham Baptist Church- Oct 25th 2018- current
• This involves me cleaning every room in the church and ordering cleaning supplies when they are running low.
Volunteer with Fast UK charity, mission trip to Romania- Sep 3rd -Sep 13th 2018
• This was an amazing experience and involved me insulating a house, painting murals for children’s mission house, helping with children learning in the Roma village, helping in church's.
Volunteered teaching assistant, Artspiration- June 2018

Seasonal Trainee Retoucher/Selector (temporary), Imago portrait studios Ltd. August 29th – 8th December 2017
• This job involved editing children’s school photos for parents to buy. It was very fast paced I was required to get 120 folders done a day. From this I, have learned more skills in Photoshop like adding layer masks using curves, colour balance, cropping and black and white contrasts, working as part of a team and working at a fast pace to meet targets.
Exhibitor at New Designers. July 2017
• I was chosen to be a part of new designer’s exhibition in London in July 2017. There were only 10 students who were chosen from my course. This exhibition involved me speaking to members of the press and potential clients about my work and looking after the exhibition space.
Volunteer Exhibition helper, University of the Creative Arts. June 2017
• This involved me mounting work, cutting images of work with a scalpel accurately, hanging up images of work working with others to paint boxes and large boards.
Book Illustration, Far Far Away Books. Nov-Dec 2016
• I worked on an external brief with Far Far Away Books Company. This involved doing skype call meetings to show progress on our illustrations and get feedback on how we could have improved.
Volunteer Exhibition helper, Sussex Downs College. June 2014
• This involved me working in a team to carry large heavy boards, painting, scrubbing floors, and designing my exhibition space.
