Feeding, watering and cleaning. Love and play is also an important factor. What if that supposed pet is better off wild, free to roam the streets or countryside whichever is appropriate. Treating animals with inflicted kindness is not necessarily the right thing. They may be better off if we treated them with indifference it might be kinder in the long run. What if animals are kept only to be killed and eaten when the time comes?
