The UK Artists Exhibition 2021 was held at contemporary art gallery ‘The Blue Door Gallery’ in Earsldon, Coventry during August and September, themed ‘The City’ to coincide with the Coventry UK City of Culture. We are thrilled to announce the winners. The winning artwork taking a £150 cash prize sponsored by UK Artists is 'Newcastle on Tyne - Views from a Bridge III' by Richard Yeomans. 2nd prize goes to Glenn Badham for his oils on canvas 'History at the Fingertips'. Glenn receives a £100 voucher to spend on gentlemen's clothing from Heaphys of Warwick, quality menswear for the stylish gent. A digital painting, 'The I.D.E World' by Elouise Donnelly wins the 3rd Prize. Chrome Yellow Arts has sponsored this prize with a £50 voucher for quality art materials from their High Street store in Leamington Spa. A special mention goes to Colin Yates who is Highly-Commended for his giclee print 'Coventry Ring- Road'. Congratulations to the winning artists and a great big thank you to the sponsors for supporting our artists UK, especially during these difficult times. Kevin Scott of Heaphys joined Adam Hussain from AH Contemporary Glass to judge the show. Congratulations on choosing such fine, deserving artworks.
